The historic factory complex Westend Village in Hamburg-Bahrenfeld once consisted of six main buildings, one of which, namely building three, was destroyed in the Second World War. The old loft buildings are testament to fine architecture and feature a brick facade on the lower section and a white rendered facade on the upper section. Semicircular windows, ornamented gables and old wooden doors reflect the contemporary construction style of 1901. Buildings One, Four and Six have a goods lift, building 2 also has a passenger lift.

The site is also home to the old pool house, an old industrial hall and various detached buildings, which have been converted into attractive offices and loft live-work offices with character. In addition, three modern new-build properties were added on the southern side of the site in 2010: New Westend Village!
