About the building

The former factory complex "Westend Village" in Bahrenfeld originally comprised six main buildings, one of which, Building 3, was destroyed during the war. All of the old loft buildings demonstrate a high standard of construction and feature a brick façade on the lower floors and a white rendered façade above. Semi-circular windows, decorative gables and old wooden doors reflect the building style of 1901. Buildings 1, 4 and 6 have a goods lift, Building 2 also has a passenger lift.

The site also contains the old pool house, a former industrial hall and various detached buildings, which have been converted into loft spaces with character. In addition, three modern new-build properties were added on the southern side of the site in 2010.

A pool and spacious green areas with a barbecue spot and a chess board are available for shared use by the residential and office tenants.
