About the building

The well-known Sprinkenhof, with its numerous square metres of office space, was built between 1924 and 1943 not far from Hamburg's main railway station, in the heart of the Kontorhausviertel. In 2002 the office building was comprehensively refurbished and it is known well beyond the boundaries of Hamburg. In the course of the construction work, the entrances and stairwells were extensively reworked, the paternoster lift was modernised and modern touches were added without the historic Kontorhaus character being lost. Today the property once again houses, among others, the municipal company of the same name, Sprinkenhof AG.

The largely deep floor plates are ideal for open-plan offices, but small office rooms can also be created in the Sprinkenhof. When fitting out the rental space, the landlord ensures a consistent and high-quality standard of office space.
