About the building

Right by Hamburg's impressive City Hall and the Chamber of Commerce, between Rödingsmarkt and the Hauptbahnhof, you will find your new office in Hamburg's Altstadt. It is hard to get to the office more easily in Hamburg: the U3 stop Rathausmarkt is directly outside the door, so you can get from the train to the office almost without getting wet. The office and commercial property is surrounded by numerous cafés/bistros (e.g. Café Paris Hamburg) and restaurants, so you can try something new during every lunch break. Anyone who prefers to use the time for errands is also well served here, as countless shops for every taste and budget are within reach.

The floors of the building are all almost the same size and cover approximately 240 m². They can be conveniently reached by lift. The office space currently has a high-quality fit-out with glass partitions and PVC flooring in a wood look, but your requirements can of course be implemented individually.
