About the building

In 2020, Hamburg received another gift. A new building with new possibilities. At a time when companies are finding it difficult to secure workspaces that offer the complete package. What is meant here is a new-build development of the highest standard, situated of course in a well-connected and lively location in Hamburg's Altstadt/City district. A building that convinces both inside and out: large windows fill the floors with plenty of natural light, while the light-coloured brick façade blends in seamlessly yet still stands out. The building is accessed via an impressive two-storey foyer.

From there, lifts take you to the floor of your choice, which will be fitted out in consultation with you and according to your preferences. Thanks to the efficient floor plan in the shape of a figure one, a wide variety of space concepts can be implemented excellently in the Neue Burg. Classic cellular layouts for law firms and tax consultants, or open and communicative設 layouts for agencies or games developers. In this DGNB-certified green building, you have every option available.

Office space is currently available again for sublease until mid-2030, although a longer-term stay is of course also possible. The open spaces have a friendly design and can be used as flexibly as your working concept requires.
