About the building

As part of Hamburg's Kontorhausviertel, the Meßberghof enjoys excellent transport links between Pumpen and Willy-Brandt-Straße. The listed office and commercial building stands opposite the Chilehaus and therefore directly at the U1 station "Meßberg". The ten-storey brick building in the Altstadt district, known as Ballinhaus until 1938, was constructed in 1924 and offers you modern office space.

In addition, much like its neighbouring Kontorhäuser, the Meßberghof offers spacious balcony areas on the upper floors with unique views.
