About the building

The Hopfen-Burg is located between the venerable Speicherstadt and Hamburg's Neustadt in the historic Kontorhausviertel. The listed office building, erected around 1905 as a brewery, is approximately 100 metres from the U1 station Meßberg. All other hubs such as the Rathaus, Mönckebergstraße or the Jungfernstieg are also within walking distance for your staff.

Your future office building was completely gutted, refurbished and fitted out in a futuristic style in 2009. The total usable area is approximately 2,300 m², comprising a basement, a gallery/showroom area on the ground floor and six upper floors. The character of the individual offices is unmistakable. Some describe it as clean and clear, others would say plain and futuristic. Classic single-room letting or even cellular space concepts would rob this building on Hopfensack of any authenticity. Individual offices are of course possible, but the prevailing principle here is open space.
