About the building

Welcome to Hamburg City! The Georgshof, a historic Kontorhaus, is located in the middle of Hamburg's bustling Altstadt, directly opposite Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. The historic façade of the period building, constructed around 1906, has a particular charm and is unrivalled on Georgsplatz. Large window fronts, preserved ornamentation on the façade and high ceilings give the commercial building the typical style of a Hamburg Kontorhaus.

The partly high ceilings lend the building a certain loft character. Modern, loft-style workplaces that invite creative working can be created here. The spaces will be fitted out by the owner in close consultation with you, according to your wishes and ideas.

In terms of transport links, your new workplace could not be better situated, as Hauptbahnhof provides ideal connections to public transport. At lunchtime you are spoilt for choice, with everything from Asian and Italian restaurants to tasty bowls on offer. A short walk along the Binnenalster is also possible, as it is just a stone's throw from your new office.
