About the building

The office building at Cremon 3 in Hamburg, a prominent address in the heart of the Hanseatic city, represents a combination of tradition and modernity. Originally constructed in the 1970s, the building has a long history as a location for various companies and institutions. Its position on Cremon, directly on the Nikolaifleet, gives the building a distinctly maritime atmosphere typical of Hamburg.

In 2018, the building underwent a comprehensive refurbishment that substantially changed its infrastructure and appearance. The aim of the works was to preserve the building's historic character while meeting modern requirements for comfort, energy efficiency and building services. The works covered both the interiors and the external façade, with particular attention paid to retaining characteristic features.

Inside the building, all offices and communal areas were completely redesigned. Modern materials and a carefully considered design create an appealing working environment for your business ideas. Large window areas provide ample daylight and offer views over the Nikolaifleet. The technical fit-out was brought up to current standards, including a modern IT infrastructure, energy-efficient heating and air conditioning systems and a comprehensive fire protection concept.
