About the building

Hardly any district is experiencing such a sense of change as Hamburg's waterfront. The same applies to the Cremon peninsula. The modern office and commercial building is located in the historic city centre directly on the water, with short distances to HafenCity, Speicherstadt and the city centre. In this prime location, high-quality, light-flooded and partly loft-style office space has been created which, with floor areas of around 250 m², appeals in particular to smaller companies.

With a total area of approximately 2,440 m², CR1 is one of the smaller office buildings. There is certainly no lack of quality here, however. What is being created is something that combines modernity with Hamburg's history. The façade consists of imposing natural stone combined with large window areas.
