About the building

The Altonaer Kaispeicher, quietly situated between Neumühlen and Große Elbstraße, is not only one of many listed buildings but also one of Hamburg's cultural monuments. Thanks to its waterside position, the bright, loft-style office space offers (it cannot be mentioned often enough) an unobstructed view of the Port of Hamburg. With a good measure of industrial character and the accompanying panoramic view, the warehouse is exceptional in every respect.

The Altonaer Kaispeicher is far more than a prime address for events of all kinds. The view of the harbour and the Elbe makes the Altonaer Kaispeicher a special office location. Built in 1924 and comprehensively modernised in 2009, the historic brick building on the bank of the Elbe is located directly adjacent to new-build properties and immediately at the Elbhang and Donnerspark in the district of Altona.

However, it is not only the history and the unique maritime location that give the building its character. Among other things, the building also offers modern offices with generous glazing, sufficient floor boxes for IT cabling, internal sun protection, server rooms, high ceilings and, not least, spacious outdoor terraces. Any members of staff who do without a car, bus, train, bicycle and the like are welcome to use the Elbe ferry landing stages within walking distance.
