About the building

Welcome to the Schanzenlofts! The front building receives you and your clients with a two-storey entrance area. A large glass element opens up the view onto the building's impressive foyer and the secluded, quiet courtyard.

The façade of the front building is set apart at ground-floor level from the upper floors by darker brickwork. The façade is further structured harmoniously by the window heights on the individual floors. A generous passageway with an elegant gate leads to the red-brick rear building with its lattice windows. Inside the Schanzenlofts, exposed concrete walls predominate, combined with doors and stair treads in fine oak, black metal elements and minimalist black kitchenettes. The large windows, together with the exposed concrete walls and the dark vinyl flooring, create a distinctive loft character, and all this in the middle of the popular Schanze district!

Each floor comprises two office units, which can be connected via an internal connecting door. The spaces are currently laid out in a very open manner; the spacious kitchen and a small number of rooms are partitioned off with high-quality oak-and-glass walls.

The 4th floor additionally has two terraces, one facing the courtyard and one facing the street. The ground floor and the 1st floor are linked by an internal staircase; here you can arrange your reception area or welcome guests on the terrace in the courtyard.
