Built in 1911, the Schumacher Kontor reflects the expert conversion of a stylish, listed building. Located directly adjacent to the Hamburger Staatsoper and the Binnenalster, this exceptional loft building has been extended by two new-build annexes.

Carefully refurbished on the outside, the Schumacher Kontor offers attractive loft offices behind an impressive foyer that leave nothing to be desired in terms of "New Work". Mosaic tiles and stucco ceilings combine with comfortable new lift systems and generous ceiling heights to form an ensemble with style and charm.
