At Am Holstenwall 20-22, in the immediate vicinity of Planten un Blomen, the Elbe, the Landungsbrücken and the Millerntor in St. Pauli, a top-class office complex with approx. 12,000 m² of lettable space is being created following comprehensive refurbishment and repositioning. The merging of the eight-storey office building and the four-storey historic Wimmelhaus creates an office location in the best New Work tradition, with generous roof terraces overlooking the Michel, the Elbphilharmonie and the harbour. In addition, an in-house café is being created, ample bicycle parking spaces will be provided, and the building makes an ecological contribution through extensive green roofing, façade and courtyard planting.
