About the building
The building, one of 12 historic high-rises, is located in the popular Hamburg district of Harvestehude. Oberstraße 14b is a 15-storey high-rise forming part of the listed Grindelhochhäuser ensemble. The quarter is embedded in the Grindelberg park and is additionally accessed by four street loops, so that no disruptive through traffic passes between the buildings.
With the refurbishment of building sections 14a, b and c in 2015, efficient and barrier-free office space was created to a modern, high-quality fit-out standard.
The view from the upper floors, for example from the 13th floor, required neither refurbishment nor modernisation. It has always been remarkable.
Good public transport connections are provided by the nearby bus stops and the "Hoheluftbrücke" underground station. In addition, the well-connected location allows quick access to the airport, the main station and the city centre.
