About the building
The "SchlumpOne", located on Schäferkampsallee, sits directly in Hamburg Eimsbüttel on the border with the popular Sternschanze district. One step out of the door and you are already at the Schlump bus and underground stop. It is also only a short distance to the Schanze with its bars and restaurants, not to mention Schanzenpark. Your colleagues will therefore be offered a new workplace with excellent transport links. Drivers, on the other hand, can rent a space in the building's own underground car park with over 70 parking spaces.
At first glance it may look like Germany's Next Neubau, but like most of the neighbouring buildings, the now futuristic "SchlumpOne" also dates from the post-war period. It is hard to believe, but this building in Eimsbüttel was constructed in 1953. The original administrative building from the 1990s was gutted and extensively refurbished in 2010 as part of this work. Thanks to the new envelope, the exterior façade of your future workplace is now characterised by clear, unadorned lines.
Since its completion in the summer of 2012, it has been used as an office building with a total of four possible rental units per floor. If you need more space, however, approximately 1,100 m² of rental space is available per floor. The fit-out standard naturally meets the latest requirements.
Some of you may already know the building from the past, as the property's main tenant is the Hochschule für Ökonomie und Management, better known as FOM.
