About the building

Located directly in the HafenCity as part of the Überseequartier, you will find The Yard right at the heart of the action. On the ground floor of the building there is catering and retail, while offices are tucked away on the third and fourth floors as part of a green oasis.

With approximately 3,750 m² of office space per floor, there is room here for up to 350 colleagues. With a building depth of 12.60 m and efficient room depths of 5.4 m, a building can hardly be planned more efficiently. In theory, considerably more workstations can be accommodated here than on comparable floor areas in older buildings.

Excellent views are a defining feature of this office property, and that despite an overall height of just 29 metres. Whether you sit facing the Elbe and watch the ships pass by your window or look out over the activity on the Überseeplaza, no one will have cause to complain.
