About the building

Welcome to the 21st century on Fuhlsbüttler Straße! North of Hamburg's Stadtpark, Quartier 21 was built in 2011 on the site of a former hospital in Barmbek. Wondering what the 21 stands for? The area takes its name from the 21 "Barmbek-like" old brick buildings that have been placed under heritage protection.

The office space on the Quartier21 Office Campus is fitted out to a high standard and is divided between two parts of the building, which are connected by a bright glass link. The fit-out of the offices is thoroughly up to date. Some office units in Quartier21, for example, have sound-absorbing acoustic ceiling elements, which allow focused work even where a lot of phone calls are made.

And if you are running a seminar, there is no need to book external premises. The southern section of the building houses a large conference room, which is of course available to all tenants of the building. That includes you.
