About the building
The "Barmbek" S-Bahn and U-Bahn station has the second-highest pedestrian frequency in the Hanseatic city after the Hauptbahnhof. At this prominent location, forming a direct link between this public transport hub and the "Fuhle", Barmbek's most popular shopping street, a five-storey commercial building is currently being developed. Completion is scheduled for the beginning of 2020. The "FUHLE101" will offer retail, catering and office space in a prime pedestrian location. Floor-to-ceiling windows and state-of-the-art building services create a pleasant working atmosphere in bright, light-filled rooms. In the last remaining office space on the 4th floor, you have your own terrace for you and your colleagues. After-work drinks with a beer and vegetables/meat from the barbecue are ready to go!
Incidentally: an IntercityHotel with approximately 221 rooms is also being built on the upper floors, which will benefit in particular from the excellent transport links to the city centre and to the airport, just four S-Bahn stops away.
