About the building
The Seeburg, opened in 1908, was designed by the architect Franz Bach. The prominent corner location, directly between Lilienstraße and Spitalerstraße, together with the historic ornamentation and pillars, distinguishes this historic merchant's building. The new office spaces are reached via the generous staircase or the lift.
The loft offices behind the historic façade will be fitted out to a high standard in close consultation with you. High ceilings, large window fronts, offices flooded with light, and all this in the middle of the city centre. The spaces are ideally suited to modern open-space working environments in which there are no limits to creativity.
