About the building

Just a stone's throw from Rathausmarkt, on the corner plot Großer Burstah / Hahntrapp, this commission-free, seven-storey, high-quality new office building has been completed. With approximately 1,320 m² of office space and a curved external façade, traced by horizontal natural stone bands, the building makes a considerable contribution to the renewal of the Nikolaiquartier and is at the same time a well-conceived location for a single occupier.
