About the building
Directly behind Hamburg's city hall and its well-known tourist hub, the Rathausplatz, this small but striking office building stands at the corner of Alter Wall / Adolphsbrücke. The central location in Hamburg's Altstadt offers a wide range of options for the lunch break, along with various shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants. The office and commercial building, with Le Crobaq on the ground floor, was constructed at the end of the 19th century and extensively refurbished in 1995, when a set-back top floor was also added. The light-coloured historic façade and the attractive stairwell were completely restored in 2007. A small lift takes you to the upper floors of the building and thus to your new office space. The fit-out of the offices, which feature numerous glass elements in the walls, can be adapted to your requirements at any time.
