Hamburg, 23 March 2026. workin up GmbH, Hamburg's digital real estate advisor for office space, has successfully advised plancraft on leasing its new headquarters in Hamburg. The software company will lease around 3,300 m² of office space in PRISMA (formerly Bavaria Office). The building is owned by the Bayerische Rechtsanwalts- und Steuerberaterversorgung, represented by the Bayerische Versorgungskammer.

"The move into our PRISMA building marks a significant step in plancraft's development. We value all the more that our space convinced them during the selection process and that we were able to build trust."
Alexander Kreith, Asset Manager, Bayerische Versorgungskammer

plancraft develops cloud-based software for tradespeople, offering digital solutions for small and medium-sized trade businesses. The platform helps tradespeople organise projects efficiently, prepare quotes and invoices, record working hours and manage documents in one place: mobile, intuitive and built for everyday use. With features such as project planning, mobile time tracking, digital site measurement, post-calculation and integrated chat, plancraft is gradually adding AI-supported functions to its platform to simplify core workflows in the trades and leave more room for what matters: the craft itself.

workin. and plancraft have worked together for some time. Back in 2022, workin. helped the fast-growing company move into its first own office of around 250 m² at Flora-Neumann-Straße 6. As the company kept growing, plancraft added another floor in the same building.

With headcount still rising, that space soon became too tight as well. To solve the immediate shortage, workin. also arranged a sublease of approx. 950 m² in "admi ahoi" on Admiralitätsstraße in 2025. At the same time, the exclusive search began for a long-term headquarters with around 3,000 m² of office space in Hamburg.

The lease now signed in PRISMA completes that search: plancraft is taking two floors with a total of approx. 3,300 m² and is creating a modern workplace there built consistently on new-work principles. Plans include generous open-space areas, quiet zones and a large social area with spacious terraces to encourage exchange and company culture.

"Our new headquarters lays the foundation for our next phase of growth. Our goal is to become the digital backbone of the European trades: with our AI-based platform, which reduces administrative work, simplifies processes and gives trade businesses real relief in their day-to-day work. Hamburg is a key location for innovation and talent, and from here we will keep driving our European expansion."
Julian Wiedenhaus, CEO & Co-Founder, plancraft

plancraft was advised exclusively by workin. on the location search. The Bayerische Versorgungskammer was supported by Grossmann & Berger as lead agent.

"Having been able to support plancraft through several growth phases, from the first office through interim solutions to the new headquarters, shows how important clear, flexible advice based on partnership is for location decisions."
Jan Piechowiak, Senior Consultant at workin.
