The former head office of Deutsche Hypothekenbank, a Gründerzeit building dating from 1897, was converted in 2005-2006 into a high-quality mixed-use property comprising retail units, office space and a luxury restaurant, "DIE BANK", which is known well beyond the city limits of Hamburg. On entering the commercial property, you will be greeted by the concierge, who will also direct your clients to the right place.

On the upper floors, modern office space with plenty of daylight awaits you.
