About the building

Located in the northern part of Hamburg, this district centre offers excellent connections to bus and rail services as well as to road traffic. In addition, the LaHoMa provides its tenants with numerous restaurants, cafés and supermarkets, offering further options and amenities for everyday needs. The airport can also be reached from here in just a few minutes by car.

The district centre at Langenhorner Marktplatz (LaHoMa) was also completely redeveloped under the "Living Plaza" concept and now consists of two building complexes. The former complex, dating from the 1960s and 1990s, was demolished and replaced by a new building in 2019. Here you can therefore rent modern, well-equipped office space at a fair price. The result is a varied mix of retail, residential and office use.
